Home day: Not seen Ali for seven days. He says he has been doing his walking exercises at home. He describes how he has not been sleeping correctly and decided we would speak to the doctor in Cairo about this when we visit. We did a lengthy physiotherapy and massage session. Ali says that he has some small alum (hurt) in a couple of spots; this is like when you exercise in the gym, your muscles always feel the stress of a workout. When left alone, Ali will walk his normal wobbly fast pace. I am trying to get him to learn to walk straight. After eleven years, it’s going to be hard to break his habit. I asked if Ali could ride a bicycle as I have one I can give him, his uncle told me that he couldn’t ride one because of the balancing. Have to see what we can do here; it would be a great way for Ali to get around.
My sister and I joined Ali with his family for a meal, very nice company and a great meal.
