When on my motorbike travels I always like to stop off at a local café for Egyptian tea. This place was amazingly the simplest I have stopped at. As usual, the locals are very friendly and on this occasion offered my tea for no payment. I love the rural life of Luxor.

The governors building part of the corniche is blocked off at both ends. There was music and drums being played behind these people.
There are daily protests outside the Governors Building against the appointment of the new governor Adel Assad Mohamed al Khiat.
